Chelsea Horton

Chelsea Horton is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Administrative Specialist I at the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services since July 2023, where responsibilities include liaising with the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service and managing the Division's website.
