Pranav M

Pranav M's work experience includes roles such as a Medical Assistant at PAIN AND HEADACHE CENTERS OF TEXAS PLLC, where they managed electronic records and administered cognitive and vision/balance exams. Pranav also interviewed and screened chronic pain patients for clinical research purposes. Pranav also served as a Peer Academic Advisor (PAA) and Teaching Assistant at Rice University. Pranav was involved in research and served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at BioScience Research Collaborative. Pranav was the Co-President of the Rice University Chapter of The American Lung Cancer Screening Initiative, where they spread awareness about lung cancer and promoted lung cancer screening. Pranav also conducted podcasts, radio segments, and produced flyers and posters to raise awareness. Additionally, Pranav worked as a Rice360 Summer Intern at Rice360 Institute for Global Health Technologies, where they designed and assembled a low-cost IV infusion pump and conducted needs-finding research on infant oxygen concentrators in Malawi. Pranav presented their device and research at an internship showcase. Pranav's experience also includes being a USSP Research Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, where they researched gene regulators and delivered presentations on their findings. Pranav has also worked as a Research Intern at Oregon Health & Science University, Math Instructor at Best in Class Education, and Co-Founder of Rejuvenate LLC. Pranav co-founded Helpology Tutor, where they worked as a tutor.

Pranav M earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biosciences from Rice University between 2021 and 2024. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, they attended Westview High School. Pranav also holds various certifications, including Data Science: R Basics from HarvardX, Black Belt Certification from USWC Taekwondo, and Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross. Pranav is also a certified pharmacy technician through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
