Will Lasher

Will Lasher, CMA has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Will started their career as a Leadership Consultant at Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, Inc. in 2004, where they oversaw 25 groups nationwide and facilitated workshops on leadership and academic development. In 2005, they became the Director of New Business at Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity Inc., responsible for developing relationships with university administration and planning new group development.

In 2006, Will transitioned to Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where they worked as a Financial Advisor. Will prospectied for clients, prepared financial plans, and provided financial products based on clients' financial situations.

In 2007, Will joined Wells Fargo Bank as a Personal Banker, analyzing business and consumer needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.

In 2008, they moved to Raytheon Company and started as a Financial Analyst, analyzing costs and collaborating with accounts receivable and SAP teams. Will later became a Senior Financial Analyst, leading a $65m business area finance team and collaborating with senior management for strategic planning.

In 2012, Will joined The AMES Companies, Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst, analyzing sales variances and providing support to sales and marketing departments. Will progressed to roles including Finance Manager and Controller of Manufacturing Operations, where they managed financial responsibilities, analyzed results, and developed improvement plans. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, overseeing global and US budgeting and forecasting.

Throughout their career, Will has demonstrated skill in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Will Lasher, CMA completed their education in a chronological order. Will obtained their High School Diploma from Lawrence Central High School in the years 1997-2000. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Tri-State University (now known as Trine University), studying from 2000 to 2004. Later, they attended Texas A&M University-Commerce, where they earned an MBA in Business Administration, completing their studies from 2009 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Will Lasher, CMA has also obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants in August 2019.
