Nikki Lamba

Nikki Lamba is a Founding Member at The Authentic Asian, where the focus is on supporting and empowering AAPI Female Leaders through a dedicated community. Nikki is also the Founder and CEO of Sixth Sense Advisory LLC. In addition, Nikki serves as a Judge at The Anthem Awards and as a Member at Chief, a network aimed at promoting women in positions of power. With previous experience as the Global Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at DDB and various roles at Catalyst Inc. and AMI-Partners, Nikki has a strong background in leadership and diversity initiatives. Nikki holds a Masters in Global Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelors in International Business from Sacred Heart University.
