Nick Gregory

Nick Gregory has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to present. Nick started their career as a Business Analyst II - Consultant at Florida Blue in April 2013 and worked until October 2014. Nick then moved on to ERC (Enhanced Resource Centers) where they held two roles - Manager, ITSM from November 2015 to December 2016 and File Processing Manager from September 2014 to December 2016. In December 2016, Nick joined FIS as a ServiceNow Product Owner and remained there until January 2019. Currently, they are working at The Anti as a Project Manager since January 2019, and is a Portfolio Manager, Advisory and Managed Services from December 2022. The Anti is a service company focused on improving worker and customer experiences powered by ServiceNow. Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated expertise in areas such as human resource management, customer service management, business management, claims management, and artificial intelligence/machine learning.

Nick Gregory completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of North Florida from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they further pursued their education and earned a Masters of Public Administration degree in General Administration from the same university between 2010 and 2012.
