David Morante

David Morante is an experienced human resources professional and soccer coach with a diverse background in organizational leadership and development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Management Consultant for The Antibody Society since August 2024, Morante has held significant roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Avvale, overseeing digital transformation strategies, and Vice President of Business Operations and Human Resources at Numerica Corporation, a recognized technology firm. Prior to these positions, Morante contributed to McWHINNEY as Vice President of People Services and managed human resources at UDR. Academically, Morante possesses a Master of Education in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University, a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, along with additional leadership training from the University of Denver and Sonoma Leadership Systems.
