Naveed Malik

Naveed Malik is the current Director of Compliance at The Arc Baltimore. Naveed has a wealth of experience in various fields, most notably in administration and agriculture. Naveed's previous positions include working as an Environment/Agricultural Extensions Specialist with the Peace Corps and as an Administrative Advance Lead with the Anne Arundel County Board of Elections.

Naveed's work with the Peace Corps was conducted primarily in Ethiopia, where they helped to train government employees in English language and technical skills. Naveed was also responsible for conducting community needs assessments and for introducing new vegetables to the community through cooking demonstrations. In addition to their work with the Peace Corps, Naveed has also worked with various NGO's and government offices onpermagardening, soap/salve/candle making, Microsoft Excel, English, and landscape training and demonstrations.

Naveed's experience with the Anne Arundel County Board of Elections has given him a strong foundation in administration which they have used to excel in their current role as Director of Compliance at The Arc Baltimore. Naveed is dedicated to their work and is always looking for ways to improve the lives of those they work with.

Naveed Malik has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Maryland and an Associates in Business Administration from Anne Arundel Community College. Naveed is certified in Permaculture Design.

Their manager is Kathleen McNally Durkin, CEO. They work with Joanna Falcone - VP, Employment First, J. Patrick Miles - Chief Strategy Officer, and Donald Watts - Senior Director, Contract Services.
