Jess Trainor Mpa

Jess Trainor, MPA, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and community outreach. Currently serving as the Special Events and Development Manager at The Arc Erie County New York since February 2022, Jess has previously held roles such as Teaching Assistant at Rock Autism, Inc., and Administrative Assistant to the Executive Development Director at The Salvation Army. Prior experience includes coordinating the Arts Access Program at Arts Services Inc. and providing community support at Autism Services Inc. Jess holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with a concentration in Early Childhood Development from the University at Buffalo.
