Cinda Phillips

Vice President of Development Cinda Phillips has a genuine desire for individuals with disabilities to live meaningful lives. She is passionate about connecting, engaging, and cultivating relationships with others to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. Cinda joined The Arc more than five years ago as the Assistant Director of Development and has made advancements throughout her time with The Arc. She has extensive nonprofit management experience and a Master of Science degree in Management. Cinda has played a vital role in the Development Departments success through her grant writing, communications, and relationship-building skills.
