Jacques Maxwell

Jacques Maxwell is an experienced professional with a proven track record in community job support and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of Community Job Link and Lead Employment Specialist at The Arc of Evansville since January 2017, Jacques focuses on enhancing the skill sets and employment outcomes for individuals with differing abilities, mentoring staff in various employment strategies. Previous roles include Administrator for Get Your Black On, where Jacques promoted grassroots support for bootblacks, and employment-related positions at Home Instead Senior Care, Sports Endeavors, and other organizations. Jacques holds a Master of Arts in Disability Studies from CUNY School of Professional Studies and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Strayer University-Maryland, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Canton.
