Kristy Pollock

Kristy Pollock is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at The Arc of Lehigh & Northampton Counties. Prior to their current position, they served as the Affiliate Director of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the ACE Mentor Program of Eastern PA, the Director of Human Resources for Klover Contracting, and the HR/Payroll Manager for Dual Temp Company. Kristy began their career in human resources at Rodale in January 2001 as the Payroll and Benefits Manager.
