Stephanie Benedetti

Stephanie Benedetti has a strong background in the non-profit sector, with experience in various leadership roles. Stephanie currently works as the Chief Development Officer of Engagement at The Arc Montgomery County since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of External Affairs at Lighthouse Louisiana from 2013 to 2022. In this role, they successfully increased revenue by over 95% through strategic planning and staff mobilization. Stephanie also worked in a compliance role at National Industries for the Blind from 2008 to 2013.
