Diana Velasquez

Diana Velasquez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, workforce development, and healthcare. Currently serving as a Recruiter, Workforce Neurodiversity Advisor, and Job Developer at The Arc of San Diego since December 2021, Diana has previously worked as an Intake Coordinator at Veterans Village of San Diego and held various roles, including Graduate Student Assistant at the Social Policy Institute SDSU School of Social Work and Intern at the California Department of Rehabilitation. With a foundational experience as a Registered Behavior Technician and roles in marketing and sales assistance at retirement communities, Diana brings valuable skills from both clinical and organizational perspectives. Diana holds a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UMass Boston, along with a Google UX Design Professional Certificate from Cornell University and Coursera.
