Shannon Reynolds

Shannon Reynolds, MHA, has over a decade of experience in health care management and patient engagement. Currently serving as a Peer to Peer Parent at The Arc of King County since March 2011, Shannon assists parents of disabled children navigating new diagnoses. Previous roles include Director of the Patient Resource Center at Valley Medical Center and Senior Manager of Strategy & Planning at Providence Health & Services, where significant contributions involved operational strategies, telephony system upgrades, and enterprise-wide project coordination. Shannon also held leadership positions at Swedish Medical Center and Digital Diva, Inc., focusing on policy development, IT consulting, and innovative training programs. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix.
