Jeanne Dibella

Chief Financial Officer at The Arcticom Group

Jeanne is responsible for streamlining controls, integrating acquisitions, implementing standardized reporting, and rolling out forecasting across our organization. Additionally, she oversees The Arcticom Group’s technology strategy, systems, and infrastructure.

Originally from Michigan, Jeanne earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and began her career with a position in operations for a joint venture in Kazakhstan, where she worked for five years. Upon her return to the U.S., she was responsible for a commercial recycling plant’s relocation and expansion, finding the land, building the offices, hiring staff, and gaining all approvals for operations.

Jeanne discovered her affinity for accounting and finance during that project and, as a result, pursued a master’s degree in business administration. Subsequently, she worked for Nestle in accounting and finance for 17 years and ultimately served as Controller for Nestle Dryers Ice Cream, with $1B in cost across five manufacturing plants.

Working with companies during times of explosive growth and in diverse environments has given Jeanne a keen focus on operational accounting excellence, policies, and procedures, internal controls, and shared services. The Arcticom Group and our customers benefit from her experience in operations and accounting/finance for industrial services and her expertise in acquisition integrations.
