Katie Hill

Katie Hill currently serves as General Counsel and Chief Counsel for M&A at The Ardonagh Group since June 2022. Prior to this role, Katie Hill was a Legal Counsel at EY from September 2017 to June 2022. Earlier in the career, Katie Hill held the position of Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from September 2004 to August 2017. Katie Hill earned an MChem degree from the University of Oxford between 1998 and 2002 and completed legal studies at BPP Law School from September 2002 to June 2004.
