Swetha Aiysola

Swetha's extensive experience in the field of Reward includes roles such as Global Compensation Manager at White & Case LLP and Reward Manager at Aon Group, focusing on job architecture, reward strategy implementation, and regulatory compliance. Earlier experiences at HSBC, Deloitte, Bank of Baroda, and RBS Corporate Banking Human Resources involved managing incentive plans, compensation analytics, and governance processes. Swetha holds a BSc in Mathematical Sciences from City University and has a background in finance and account management.
