Michael Mckellar is an experienced professional in the fields of technology, data, and interactive design, currently serving as the Head of Technology and Data at The Artisanal Spirits Company since April 2024. Mckellar has a diverse background as a freelance Interactive Designer & Creator since July 2014, specializing in mixed reality experiences and creative computing. Previously, Mckellar held key roles such as Head of Technology at MARSHMALLOW LASER FEAST, Technical Lead at Programming for People, and Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at Austin, focusing on interactive design education. Mckellar's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Understanding User Experience in Immersive Projected Environments and a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media Design, both from Edinburgh Napier University.
