Since May 1994, Krishna Varier has held several key positions at The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy Coimbatore Ltd, including Executive Vice President of Operations, Executive Advisor, Chief of Operations, and General Manager Operations, reflecting a strong progression in leadership roles. Prior to this, Krishna Varier served as a Research Assistant at HEAL AYURVEDA PHARMACY LIMITED from May 1984 to May 1993.
