Amy Ambery

Amy Ambery has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Amy is currently working at BlueHalo as a Talent Acquisition Specialist since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at The Ascendancy Group from March 2023.

Amy's longest tenure was at the Central Intelligence Agency, where they worked from March 2003 to March 2023. During their time there, they held various executive roles, including Chief of Staff, Chief of Communications, and Strategic Planner. Amy managed business operations, executive communications, and led intelligence planning activities.

Before their work at the CIA, Amy was an Attorney at Law at DynCorp International from May 2000 to September 2001. Amy also served as a Law Clerk at the New Orleans Criminal District Court from September 1998 to April 2000.

Amy's early work experience includes serving as an Insurance Specialist/Mental Health Assistant at BETH ISREAL DEACONESS MEDICAL CENTER from January 1993 to August 1997.

Amy Ambery attended Tulane University Law School from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree with a field of study in Common Law. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Providence College from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, Amy has obtained several certifications, including being a member of the Maryland State Bar through the Maryland State Bar Association since July 2023. Amy also completed the Women's Senior Leadership Program Certificate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in October 2017. Furthermore, they received a certification from the State of Maryland Courts through the Maryland Judiciary in June 2001.
