Jonika Paulsen

Jonika Paulsen is a Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at The Asia Foundation and also serves as the Director of Operations. Prior to this, Jonika worked as an Educational Consultant at Save the Children International - Laos, focusing on disaster risk reduction education programs. Additionally, Jonika has extensive experience in capacity development and training, including roles at various international organizations such as ADB and UNFPA. Jonika holds a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees, along with certificates in Strategic Human Resources Leadership and Workplace Training and Assessment.
