Program Management

The Program Management team at The Asia Foundation is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing development projects that align with the organization's goals of strengthening governance, empowering women, expanding economic opportunity, increasing environmental resilience, and promoting international cooperation. Team members manage program finances, collaborate with civil society organizations, conduct policy research, and oversee training initiatives to ensure effective execution and impactful outcomes across the region.
