Rohit Paul has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the field of human resources. Rohit most recently served as the Head of People, Talent, and Culture at The Asian American Foundation. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief of Human Resource Administration at the Illinois Tollway and Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at the Chicago Housing Authority. Rohit also worked at the City Colleges of Chicago, where they served as Deputy Chief Talent Officer and then as the Executive Director of Employee Talent, Performance, and Succession Management. Rohit has also worked in human resources roles at Willow Creek Community Church, AUSL (Academy for Urban School Leadership), and the Chicago Public Schools. Throughout their career, Rohit has demonstrated leadership in talent acquisition, program management, relationship management, and international recruitment and compliance.

Rohit Paul completed an Executive Master of Science degree in Cities from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2018. Rohit also pursued a J.D. degree in Law from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and received a B.A./B.S. degree in Biology and History from Loyola University Chicago. Rohit completed their high school education at Notre Dame College Prep, specializing in College Prep.
