Alexis Ehrlich

Alexis Ehrlich, ACC, currently serves as the Manager of Leadership Development & Coaching at TAG - The Aspen Group, beginning in September 2023. Previously, Alexis worked as an Instructional Designer at the NeuroLeadership Institute, where responsibilities included creating interactive soft skill training programs and managing client relationships. Earlier experience includes instructional design roles at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, focusing on technical training programs for Field Service Engineers and external customers, and serving as a Learning and Engagement Specialist at Lionsgate, developing targeted programming for human resources. Alexis holds a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
