Currently, Ben serves as a Senior Fellow at The Aspen Institute, focusing on expanding stability and mobility for Americans. As an advisor to Kanarys, Inc., Ben contributes to creating inclusive workplace cultures using advanced technology. Ben's previous roles include Head of Advisory Services at Arabella Advisors, where leadership was provided for national and global advisory businesses, and Distinguished Professional Faculty at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. As President and CEO of SaverLife, Ben co-founded an impactful nonprofit aiding low-wage families.
