Carrie Rowell

Carrie Rowell is the conference director for the Congressional Program, managing conference logistics and office administration. Previously she was the conference coordinator of a University of Maryland journalism foundation, press secretary for U.S. Rep. Butler Derrick, media relations manager for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta and First Union Corporation of South Carolina, political reporter for a North Carolina daily newspaper and editor of a South Carolina weekly newspaper. A native of Charlotte, NC, she is a graduate of St. Andrews University.
