Chiara Devoto

Chiara Devoto is an accomplished professional in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Manager of Group Leadership Development and Academy at Generali since February 2025, while also holding the position of Aspen Junior Fellow at The Aspen Institute since December 2019. Previous roles include Head of Global People Business Partner at Enel X Way, and Head of Group People Development at Enel Group. Chiara's experience spans various organizations, including Prysmian Group and Eni, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and training. Chiara holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Libera Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele. Currently, Chiara is pursuing an Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi.
