Dr. Jessica L. Davies

Dr. Jessica L. Davies is a seasoned consultant at SpaceX since February 2016 and serves as a Tech Policy Fellow at The Aspen Institute from January 2022. Previous experience includes a role as the Dibner History of Science Fellow at The Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens from 2013 to 2014, and a long tenure at the University of California, Berkeley from 2001 to 2009 as both a Program Coordinator at the Science, Technology and Society Center (STSC) and an instructor. Dr. Davies holds a PhD in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, an MA from the University of Chicago's Master of Arts Program in the Humanities, and a BA in Media Studies and English from the University of Sussex.
