Hamlin Metzger

Hamlin Metzger is an experienced professional in corporate responsibility and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as a First Mover Fellow at The Aspen Institute since April 2010. Metzger has held leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Membership and Stakeholder Engagement at the Responsible Business Alliance from June 2021 to May 2024, and Senior Director of Human Rights at Best Buy from October 2020 to June 2021. Additionally, Metzger participated in the prestigious Policy Fellows program at the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs in 2019, and has served on various boards and councils, including as Chair of the Steering Committee for the Responsible Minerals Initiative. Metzger's educational background includes a certification in Corporate Citizenship from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from St. Olaf College.
