Matthew Bostwick

Matthew Bostwick is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in technology and product strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as Product Leader at Zencohen Consulting since July 2024, Matthew focuses on AI, machine learning, data, and cloud technology. Additionally, as a First Mover Fellow at The Aspen Institute since June 2022, Matthew participates in a leadership development program aimed at fostering social innovation within corporations. Previously, as Senior Product Director and Group Manager of Social Impact at Indeed.com from July 2021 to May 2024, and VP of Product Development at Aunt Bertha, Matthew was instrumental in advancing technology investments that addressed barriers in hiring. Earlier career roles include positions at IBM and Lombardi Software, where Matthew specialized in business process management. Matthew holds a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, earned between 2004 and 2008.
