Michael Bzdak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and education. Currently serving as a First Mover Fellow at The Aspen Institute since July 2018, Bzdak also contributes as faculty for the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility and has been involved with Johns Hopkins University's Advanced Academic Programs. With a teaching background that includes adjunct faculty positions at New York University and a visiting part-time lecturer role at Rutgers University, Bzdak has cultivated a strong academic presence. Previously, Bzdak was the Global Director of Employee Engagement and Global Community Impact at Johnson & Johnson, a tenure spanning from September 1990 to December 2024. Bzdak holds a Ph.D. in Art History from Rutgers University and has academic qualifications from Virginia Commonwealth University.
