Gwen Wilburn

Gwen Wilburn, MBA, RN-BC has a strong work experience background, primarily in the field of clinical operations within the senior care industry. Gwen currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at The Aspenwood Company since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. VP of Clinical Operations at Retirement Center Management starting in June 2019. Before joining Retirement Center Management, Gwen worked as the VP of Clinical Operations at the same company from June 2018. Gwen'searlier experience includes working as the District Director of Clinical and Resident Services at Brookdale Senior Living since 2004.

Gwen Wilburn holds a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration with a field of study in RN from UH and FCCJ. In 2018, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from WGU Texas. Gwen also holds additional certifications in Board Certified Gerontological Nursing and CALN, which they obtained in 2011.
