Nancy Baughen

Nancy Baughen is a seasoned professional in event management and sponsorship, currently serving as the Founder of The Assembly Events since June 2020, an innovative company focused on modernizing live events. Baughen's previous roles include Freelance Sponsorship for Showmasters Ltd from January 2020 to July 2024, where successful new business development was achieved with major brands. At Media 10 Ltd, where Baughen worked from September 2007 to October 2019, responsibilities included Event Director for the inaugural Ideal Home Show in China and General Manager for Media 10 China, along with leading the sponsorship strategy across 23 events.
