Elaine Balady

Elaine Balady is a staffing professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. Elaine currently serves as the Principal and Managing Partner at the ASSURANCE group, where Elaine specializes in Temporary Personnel, Executive Search, Home Health Care Services, and Human Resources Consulting. Prior to this role, Elaine was the President of New Jersey Staffing Alliance and received the honor of being inducted into the NJSA Hall of Fame in 2022. Balady also has experience as an Operations Consultant at Dimensional Merchandising Inc. Elaine attended Montclair State University for their education.
