Mimi Bagyinszki is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and production management within the media industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations at The Atlantic since May 2021, Mimi leads staffing and resource planning across projects, collaborates with various teams to support project budgets, and develops efficient staffing models. Prior to this role, Mimi held positions at The New York Times as Video Operations Manager, and at Meredith Corporation as Supervising Senior Producer for PeopleTV, overseeing numerous studio shows and projects.
