The current executive team at The Atlantic has a history of experience in leadership and culture within the company, as well as with other companies. They have a wide range of experience in advertising, marketing, program management, operations, and event planning. They have also been keynote speakers and moderators at various events. The team is currently made up of the SVP of Talent & Culture, the Vice President of Talent & Culture, the Managing Director of Talent & Culture, and the Director of Benefits & Culture.
