Silvia Migliarini

Silvia Migliarini has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Silvia is currently working at The Attico as the RTW Product Development Manager, responsible for managing suppliers, coordinating the development process, and overseeing the budget of the women's collection. Prior to this, they worked at TOM FORD as a WRTW Trims Research and Development Specialist, where they managed the research, development, and buying of trims and accessories for women's clothing. Silvia also worked at Mr&Mrs Italy s.r.l. as a Research and Product Development Specialist, focusing on research and development, buying, and placement of trims and embroideries for both women's and men's collections. Silvia has also gained experience at Versace as a Research and Product Development professional, where they worked on trims, embroideries, and fabric development for various Versace lines. Before that, they worked as a Product Development Office Assistant at Studio Roscini, focusing on developing collections and managing technical sheets. Silvia started their career at Gucci as an Assistant Recruiting Manager and later worked at Guccio Gucci Spa as a Licensing Assistant. Silvia Migliarini has a strong background in product development, research, and supplier management in the fashion industry.

Silvia Migliarini completed their Laurea degree in Scienze della Formazione Primaria from Università degli Studi di Perugia, spanning from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Gestione delle Risorse Umane e Organizzazione from Luiss Guido Carli University for the duration of 2007 to 2008.
