Courtney Benoit

Courtney Benoit has a diverse background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of HR Operations at The Aubuchon Company since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MobilityWorks from 2013 to 2022, starting as a Human Resource Assistant and progressing to Director of Human Resources. During their time at MobilityWorks, Courtney strategically directed the HR infrastructure, managed employee relations, and oversaw HR operations for multiple locations and acquisitions. Courtney also gained experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, and compliance while working as a Human Resource Generalist at MobilityWorks in 2014. Before that, Courtney served as a Human Resources Administrator at Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, Inc. in 2014, where they coordinated employee orientation, benefit enrollment, and status changes. Overall, Courtney Benoit has a strong background in managing HR operations, employee relations, and driving organizational growth.

Courtney Benoit holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. Courtney also has a Bachelors of Business Administration from the same university, where they completed a 3-year Honor Program.
