Charley Clay

Charley Clay is the Broker and Owner of Clay Enterprises and CW Clay Real Estate Services, overseeing management of commercial properties and investor portfolios since January 1988. In addition to brokerage services encompassing acquisition processes and property management, Charley Clay serves as the Chair of the Global Advisory Group for the Austin Board of REALTORS® and holds the role of Global Ambassador to Brazil for 2020-2024. Previous experience includes property management at Parke Southwest from March 1988 to March 1996. Educational achievements include a BA in Spanish Literature from Wilmington College, a National "B" Coaching License from the United States Soccer Federation, a Master’s degree in the TESL Certificate Program from The University of Texas at San Antonio, undergraduate studies in Mathematics at Stetson University, and ongoing studies at Estudio General Luliano de Mallorca.
