Fatema Almenhali

Fatema Almenhali is an experienced strategic planning and performance management professional currently serving as the Strategic Planning Section Head at The Authority of Social Contribution - Ma'an since April 2020. In this role, Fatema oversees various functions including performance management, strategic planning, and organizational development, while also acting as the Strategic Affairs Office Director. Previous experience includes serving as the Performance Management Section Head and Customer Happiness Planning Section Head at Ma'an, and as the Strategic Planning and Future Foresight Section Head at the Department of Education and Knowledge - ADEK. Fatema holds a Master’s degree in Governance and Public Policies and a Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce from United Arab Emirates University.
