Kristen Micula

Kristen Micula has a diverse background in behavioral therapy and social work, with experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Currently an intern at Refuge for Women since August 2017, Kristen assists residents in securing affordable housing and participates in supportive sessions. Concurrently, Kristen has been serving as an ABA Therapist at Impacting Autism, LLC, and a Line Therapist at The Autism Therapy Group, delivering direct services by implementing programs developed by BCBA professionals. Previous roles include Behavioral Therapist at Chicago Autism and Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavior Technician Therapist at Total Spectrum, LLC, all focused on Applied Behavior Analysis. Additionally, Kristen gained valuable experience as a camp counselor with Northern Illinois Special Recreation Association. Kristen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University and a degree in Special Education from Illinois State University.
