Jodi Spence

Jodi Spence is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate-HR Specialist in Recruitment and HRIS Reporting at The Baltimore Life Insurance Company since March 2021, Jodi oversees full life cycle recruitment and utilizes multiple platforms for candidate outreach. Previously, Jodi managed operations and human resources as a Store Manager at The Children's Place and Victoria's Secret, where responsibilities included staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance coaching. Jodi also led successful teams at White House Black Market and Gap Inc., focusing on talent management and operational excellence. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from PennWest Clarion.
