Ahsan Abbas Naqvi

Ahsan Abbas Naqvi is a seasoned professional in compliance and risk management, currently serving as the Director of FCRM Investigations & Monitoring Operations at The Bancorp since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ahsan held leadership positions at Intesa Sanpaolo, managing KYC Compliance Advisory and overseeing Transaction Monitoring and Filtering for the BSA/AML program. Ahsan also contributed significantly at Citi, first as Senior Vice President of Emerging Risk and then as Global Head of Trade AML Compliance Risk Management, focusing on transaction monitoring risks and AML standards. Ahsan’s early career includes a role as Director of Compliance at Liquidnet and positions in trading and compliance at Andover Brokerage Corp, Hold Brothers, and Klien Maus & Shire. Ahsan holds both a Master of Science in Financial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University.
