Anastasia Dotzauer

Anastasia Dotzauer serves as the Assistant Vice President and Learning Experience Designer at The Bancorp since May 2022, where efforts focus on conducting needs assessments, developing learner-centric training strategies, and optimizing learning outcomes through data-driven decisions. Previously, at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation®, Anastasia managed learning experience initiatives and employed the SAM framework for iterative design. Anastasia's experience includes instructional design roles at Cardinal Financial Company and AllenComm, where Anastasia implemented various design methodologies and mentored junior designers. Additionally, a background in marketing is evident from positions at YMCA of Northern Utah, Primary Residential Mortgage, and AKD Marketing. Anastasia holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Weber State University.
