Brian Mai - PSM 1 has an extensive background in operations and data analysis, with experience in the financial and technology industries. Brian is currently the VP Senior BSA Systems Intelligence Manager at The Bancorp, where Brian built a comprehensive dashboard for the AML department. Prior to this, Brian worked at ETS as a Director, focusing on product operations and leading a team to achieve Service Level Agreements impacting millions of test takers annually. Brian also has experience in management roles at Accenture and as a Financial Advisor at Mass Mutual. Brian holds a BS in Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
