Gregory Braciak

Gregory Braciak, CFA, is a seasoned professional in the field of commercial real estate bridge lending, currently serving as Managing Director at The Bancorp since November 2015. Gregory has progressed through various roles in the company, including Director, Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Analyst, all focused on sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio management. Prior to joining The Bancorp, Gregory worked in Corporate Treasury at Morgan Stanley from June 2014 to November 2015. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Engineering from Cornell University.
