Kirk Rueckmann

Kirk Rueckmann, JD, CAMS, currently serves as Vice President and FCRM Sanctions Manager at The Bancorp, where responsibilities have evolved from AVP of FCRM Investigations & Reporting to FCRM Investigations & Reporting Analyst II since September 2018. In addition, Kirk is an Adjunct Instructor at Widener University School of Law, teaching foreign legal professionals. Previously, Kirk held various roles at HSBC from February 2014 to August 2018, including Team Lead for AML Investigations and Senior SAR Writer, focusing on financial crime risk. Early career experience includes positions as a Contract Attorney at Special Counsel and Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP, as well as a Staff Attorney focusing on complex securities litigation. Kirk earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
