Olek Derowe

Olek DeRowe is an Executive Vice President at The Bancorp, where Olek leads the Commercial Real Estate Bridge Lending Group. Prior to their current role, Olek held various Vice President positions at companies such as Amherst Securities Group, Ranieri Partners, CWCapital, and Capmark (GMAC Commercial Mortgage). Olek also founded Situs Capital LLC, a Boutique Real Estate Advisory firm. Olek holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from the University at Albany.
