The Bancorp's leadership team has a wealth of experience in the banking and finance industries. Many of the team members have worked for large banks and financial institutions, in roles ranging from sales to human resources. The team also has experience working in private equity, real estate, and other industries. In addition to their work experience, the team members have degrees from some of the most prestigious universities in the world, including the University of Richmond, Cornell University, and the University of Notre Dame.
