Teresa Carlson

Teresa Carlson is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in small business lending and SBA lending development. Currently serving as Vice President at The Bancorp since November 2017, Teresa has previously held senior leadership roles, including Vice President at Mission Valley Bank and Senior Loan Officer at Live Oak Bank. With a strong background in business development across various sectors, including commercial real estate and specialized industries such as healthcare and legal firms, Teresa has also contributed as SVP and Chief Operations Officer at SBA Complete, Inc., and as SVP SBA Business Development Officer at Excel National Bank. Teresa holds a BS in Business Law & Finance from California State University, Fresno.
